RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDE:
LICENSED
NURSE: Our licensed nurse which includes
Registered nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse is on call
at all times. For geriatric, convalescent, post-operative,
psychiatric and pediatric assignments in private
residences, retirement centers, nursing facilities and
hospitals. Nurses normally work on an hourly basis and
their services are many times covered by insurance or
other health care plans, if a physician orders their
service and they are medically necessary. This means that
they have to provide services that require special skills
such as the administration of non self-administered
medications.
Licensed Nurses normally work by the hour, in private
residences, and in facilities as Private Duty
Nurses, for critical and/or post-operative
patients.
Personal
Care Assistants: PCAs and CNAs are very
important part of our nursing team. Many times they can be
vital in the process of allowing a patient to regain
self-confidence and usefulness.. They provide our patients
with hands-on assistance such as: dressing assistance with mobility, ambulation and transfer, medication reminders, grooming, shopping and errands, eating, meal preparation, proper nutrition, housekeeping/laundry, toileting transport & escort
to doctors visits and scheduled activities, bathing, respite and caregiver relief
COMPANION
SITTERS: Our Companion/sitters work in your
home or in a facility. They provide assistance to elderly,
handicapped or forgetful individuals with meals, light
housekeeping and escort /transportation services. Services
can be provided by the hour, day or live-in bases
